FULL PRICED ITEMS
You are welcome to return for an online credit, exchange or refund. This includes the purchase of any full priced items. To receive a full refund please ship back to original address and once received we will refund your card, or if you would like to receive store credit we are happy to provide you with a paid return label.

SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during a flash sale/Promotional event are Final sale. You may contact us about an exchange.

TO REQUEST A RETURN
If the order is not quite right for you, please contact us within 14 days to discuss. We personally quality check each item before it is sent, if you believe that your item is faulty, please email us with images immediately. No returns after 30 days

IMPORTANT: All return requests need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Any return requests made outside this period will be denied. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition – free of odours and marks.

If you love your Closet purchase but simply need another size (or you are wanting to try another style), please include this information in your return request email.

REFUND
We want you to be 100% happy with your Closet purchase. If you are not, you may be eligible for a refund (less shipping). Once your return has been processed and assessed, we will refund your order immediately and notify you via email.
All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
